Guests must be 18 years or older
All adults must present a valid photo ID and address proof
Accepted IDs: Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License
All the arrivals before 08:00 hrs will be booked & charged from the previous evening
All confirmed room Reservation will be deemed as guaranteed up to 15:00 hrs only.
Resevations will be held up to 15:00 hrs , unless guaranteed by advance or credit card .
No charges will be levied for children below 8 years sharing the same room.
For late check-out, a request may be made to the hotel and is subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods & Services Tax applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations.
Any increase in government levies will be extra.
As per the directive given by the government of India, all the nationals are required to produce Valid proof of identification upon check in for all the occupants in the room including children.
Preferences for King Bed or Twin bed is Subject to availability upon check in.
Outside visitors and guests are not permitted in the rooms as per government guidelines. Outside food & liquor not allowed.

Tariff excludes optional services like: Room service, minibar, phone calls, snacks, laundry, etc.
Extra bed provided on request (mattress based on availability)
Government Taxes as applicable

Invoices must be collected from the hotel at the time of checkout
If there's a legal issue, it will be settled in the Pune Jurisdiction where the hotel is based.
Management reserves the right of admission, Alter or amend any of admission, Alter or amend any of the above terms & conditions& rules
